developed over the past 10 years for MMA fitness
and grappling. You’ll find many tips and techniques
for training in these sports (more like obsessions) as well as advice
on how to better condition your body.
It takes time to become an expert, or as my sensei say, Jedi in these
combat sports. I’ve been training for over a decade. The key is to
